Meet Aria: The AI Coach Keeping a Whole Building Focused
How a hosted AI co-working session is helping residents work from home without working alone.
On Tuesday mornings, a dozen laptops open in the same function room and a calm voice sets the first timer. “Aria isn’t here to do your work,” says the session’s human host. “She’s here to hold the rhythm — focus, break, reset — so the room can do its own.”
The WFMH Pomodoro session pairs an AI coach with a roomful of remote workers from the same building. Aria runs the intervals, nudges check-ins and tracks the group’s energy; the neighbours supply the accountability. “Working from home can be lonely,” one regular admits. “This turns it into working from our home — together.”
It’s a small glimpse of where enrichment is heading: technology not as a replacement for community, but as the quiet scaffolding that makes showing up easier. “The AI keeps time,” the host says. “The people keep each other going.”
